We are looking for an experienced structural engineer to create detailed engineering plans required for permits. The candidate should have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations specifically in California San Mateo County and experience with design software. Your work will help ensure compliance with local regulations and support our project timelines. If you have a proven track record in developing structural plans and can deliver high-quality work within deadlines, we would love to hear from you. The project is in a residential two story home - we are adding an exterior door and expanding the size of the window in the kitchen + adding an interior door in what we think is a load bearing wall.
