Supabase set-up for ICHRA platform
I need a full-stack developer to help set up Supabase for our bolt.new application. We are an ICHRA administrator who has generated the front end using bolt.new and are looking to get our application to production. Title: Supabase/Postgres Security Engineer – RLS Policies for Live ICHRA Platform Description: This role secures data access across our live platform. You will write, test, and validate Row-Level Security (RLS) policies to protect sensitive user, org, and plan data across multiple roles. You’ll work from the schema and token claims provided by our backend engineer and enforce strict access isolation. Responsibilities: Implement role- and org-specific RLS rules using auth.uid() and Clerk active_role JWT claims. Ensure data isolation across Brokers, Employers, Advisors, and Employees. Lock down sensitive tables (e.g., enrollments, employee records, documents). Conduct penetration-style policy tests and provide recommendations. Requirements: Strong experience with Supabase/Postgres RLS in multi-role environments. Experience enforcing access with JWT claims. Familiarity with Clerk, or similar identity providers, is a plus. Experience securing PHI/PII at the database level.
