Legal and Administrative Assistant (LLC, Trademark, Legal Admin) - Part-Time (Up to 5 hrs/week)

I am seeking a proactive and organized Legal and Administrative Assistant to support my business with various legal and administrative tasks. This is a part-time position offering up to 5 hours per week. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information. A basic understanding of copyright as it relates to protecting my brand assets would be beneficial. Responsibilities Include: * LLC Setup: Assist with the process of establishing my Limited Liability Company (LLC). * Trademark Assistance: Help with the process of trademarking my brand assets. * Copyright Awareness: Understand basic copyright principles as they apply to my creative works and brand elements. * Legal Document Management: Organize and maintain a systematic filing system for all business legal documents (digital and/or physical). * Legal Action Follow-Up: Track deadlines and assist with follow-up on necessary legal actions. * Legal Resource Research: Help identify potential legal counsel or resources for future needs. Required Skills: * Experience with basic business legal processes (LLC, Trademarks a plus). * Basic understanding of copyright principles. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to maintain confidentiality. * Good communication skills. * Familiarity with document management best practices.
