We are seeking a reliable Customer Service Representative to handle phone calls for our tax firm. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable assisting clients with their tax inquiries. Responsibilities include answering calls, providing information about our services, and scheduling appointments. Previous experience in customer service or tax-related fields is a plus. If you are a friendly, professional individual who can handle multiple calls efficiently, we would love to hear from you! This is very low volume, 3-5 calls a day in the beginning, but may increase over the coming months.
