We’re looking for an experienced Sales & Lead Conversion Specialist to manage and follow up with inbound leads for Ovvy, a real estate photography technology company. The role involves calling, texting, and emailing leads who have shown interest in our product, with the goal of converting them into paying customers. Responsibilities: • Call, text, and email all inbound leads to book sales calls and close deals. • Maintain organized follow-ups to maximize conversion rates. • Handle objections and build relationships with real estate professionals. • Update and track all interactions in our CRM (Close.com). • Provide insights and suggestions to improve the sales process. Ideal Candidate: • Proven sales experience in real estate, SaaS, or lead conversion. • Comfortable cold calling & warm lead follow-ups. • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken. • Tech-savvy (able to navigate crm, email, sms automation tools). • Self-motivated and goal-driven with a hunter mentality. Workload: • Expected 40+ outbound calls per day. • 5+ hours per day of active engagement with leads. • Performance-based incentives available.
