Monday.com Expert Needed for Capacity Planning Setup + Team Training
We're a boutique creative agency looking to bring in a Monday.com expert to help us fully implement and optimize the platform for project scoping, capacity planning, and team management. We currently use Monday.com, but are underutilizing its features. We need someone to set up an effective system for tracking capacity across multiple team members and projects, and to train our Project Manager on how to maintain and scale the system long-term. Scope of Work: Audit our current Monday.com workspace and make structural recommendations Set up: - A master Capacity Planning Dashboard - Project Scoping + Timeline Templates - Team Workload View with real-time tracking of availability - Time Tracking + Estimated vs. Actual tracking - Any relevant automations, dashboards, and custom fields Create or suggest SOPs for: - Scoping projects accurately with time estimates - Linking scoped tasks to team availability - Managing revisions, retainer clients, and ad-hoc requests without overbooking Train our Project Manager (and optionally team) on how to: - Use, maintain, and adjust the system - Track weekly team capacity - Build scopes from templates and apply hours to projects Deliverables: - Fully functional Monday.com setup tailored to our workflows - Training session(s) with our PM - A simple internal guide or walkthrough video(s) for future reference Timeline: Looking to start within the next week. The project can be completed over a few focused sessions or a short-term retainer—open to your recommendation. Budget: Open to fixed project rate or hourly.
