Social Media Customer Engagement Assistant (Instagram & TikTok) – Part-Time
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and highly communicative individual to help us engage with our customers on Instagram and TikTok. This role is part-time (10–20 hours/week) and involves responding to comments, DMs, and engaging with our community in a timely, brand-aligned manner. Requirements: Excellent written communication skills (friendly, clear, and professional) Strong familiarity with Instagram and TikTok features and culture Ability to quickly respond to customer messages and questions Extremely reliable and detail-oriented Available daily to check and respond across platforms Bonus if you have experience working with e-commerce brands or in customer service.
