Squarespace site development

I have an existing Squarespace site which is very simple and straightforward. But now I'm expanding it to present seminars, enable registration, integrate Mailchimp and Paypal, etc. I need to establish a consistent format, including adding a footer with links and make sure everything flows properly. I'm not that focused on design elements but more on functionality. What would work best for me is doing it in real time via screen sharing.
