I'm looking to build a website for a Diagnostic Testing Company, which requires people to register with their information, and a picture of their ID. I'm looking for it to be roughly 4 pages, with a 1: a Home page, to help individuals navigate the site, 2: a page focused on registration, 3: a page for people to check their results -- we will integrate the test results site, but we need the site up and running, and lastly 4: a page about Altuva which we can populate. We will need help with hosting the website, but we can maintain it. Ideally, a Mockup ASAP would be good, so we can give feedback prior to development. Thanks!
