Job Opening: Social Media Manager (With Strong SEO Skills) Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Start Date: ASAP Compensation: Competitive, based on experience About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated Social Media Manager with a strong understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to help us grow our online presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic and conversions across our platforms. You will be responsible for creating, curating, and optimizing content across all social media channels in alignment with our brand voice and goals. What You'll Be Doing: Develop and execute effective social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) Create engaging content calendars, posts, and campaigns that resonate with our target audience Conduct SEO keyword research and integrate keywords naturally into posts and content Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, etc.) to guide improvements Monitor trends and stay updated on best practices in both social media and SEO Collaborate with other teams (content, graphics, marketing) to maintain brand consistency Respond to messages, comments, and mentions in a timely and professional manner What We're Looking For: Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands or businesses Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals (on-page, keyword strategy, meta tags, etc.) Knowledge of social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite) Ability to create or collaborate on compelling graphics and video content Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) Excellent written communication skills (English required; Filipino is a bonus) Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Bonus: Experience with running paid ad campaigns (FB/IG/Google) How to Apply: Please send us your resume, a short cover letter, and links to social media accounts or campaigns you’ve managed.
