Our clients are primarily local service-based businesses located in Boise, Idaho and Utah County. This is a part-time, remote role ideal for someone with a strong track record in generating leads and delivering measurable results through paid social campaigns. We deliver a structured, repeatable process that includes onboarding, strategy, content creation, video production, and ad management. Our clients rely on us to deliver consistent lead flow, improved visibility, and tangible growth—your role will be critical in achieving those outcomes. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns that generate leads for local service businesses Build campaigns based on existing content, offer structure, and strategy provided by our team Monitor and adjust ad sets to optimize cost per lead, lead quality, and conversion rates Create and test ad copy variations (based on proven internal templates) Collaborate with our content team to align creatives with messaging Track and report performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvements Manage and rotate 3–4 new ad creatives per client each month Set up and manage lead flows using tools like ManyChat or HighLevel (training provided if needed) Requirements 2+ years of hands-on experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads, preferably for service-based or local businesses Strong understanding of ad performance metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS, CPM, etc.) Experience with A/B testing across copy, creative, and audience targeting Proven ability to generate high-quality leads through paid social advertising Familiarity with lead capture automations (ManyChat, Zapier, or CRM systems) Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Preferred Qualifications Experience working with contractors, roofers, landscapers, or similar industries Ability to adapt strategy based on performance insights and evolving goals Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
