Full Stack Developer Needed to Build Real Estate SaaS MVP (Property Maintenance Platform)
We’re building an MVP for a SaaS platform focused on property maintenance and management. The system involves multiple user roles (Homeowners, landlords, tenants, vendors) and streamlines service request workflows. Our goal is to develop a scalable, user-friendly web app with core features to manage maintenance operations. What We Need: A full stack developer to build frontend and backend components Implementation of multi-role user authentication and dashboards Custom form workflows with file uploads and permission toggles Vendor dispatch functionality and scheduling components Integration of mapping tools (Google Maps) Responsive design suitable for desktop and mobile Assistance with deployment to cloud hosting (Vercel, AWS) What We Provide: Brand assets (logo, colors, images) Content and copy for screens Design mockups User Workflows Clear functional requirements and ongoing feedback Ideal Skills & Experience: Proven experience with React (or similar) and Node.js (or similar backend tech) Familiarity with SaaS platforms, ideally with property or service management experience Ability to write clean, maintainable code and document work Experience with deployment and cloud services Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Project Duration: Initial MVP: approximately 6–8 weeks Potential for ongoing maintenance and feature development Additional Notes: We are not looking for marketing, copywriting, or branding services at this time. These are handled internally. Training on admin usage or documentation may be requested post-launch.
