I am a real estate investor with a growing portfolio of 17+ rental properties (single-family and multifamily) across Alabama. I manage the properties through two companies: Davenport Realty Enterprise LLC – holds the real estate Horizon Asset Partners Inc. (S-Corp) – handles property management and indirect operating expenses We use DoorLoop for rent collection, work orders, and accounting, but the system needs to be cleaned up and properly structured. I am seeking a single, highly-skilled bookkeeper to set up and maintain the books per property, integrate the management company correctly, and ensure my accountant has everything needed to file accurate taxes and support my business growth.
