We’re looking for someone who’s great with Excel and Google Sheets to help us build a simple, easy-to-use cash flow template for real estate investing. The template should let us plug in numbers for rental income, expenses, mortgage, and property details, and automatically show key numbers like cash flow, ROI, and cap rate.
