Deliver an investment proforma in excel for a real estate developer. WILL ACCEPT A STANDARD PROFORMA YOU HAVE ALREADY PREPARED IF IT MEETS THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA: 1. Excel spreadsheet for income, expenses, and returns for real estate development and construction projects. 2. Includes the MTM income and expenses for a range from 1 - 60 months. 3. Includes standard financial ratios: LTV, DSCR, GRM, NOI, ROI, CCR, IRR, MODIFIED IRR, DCF, NPV, DYR, CASH FLOW TO DEBT RATIO, TERMINAL CAP RATE, ROE, EDR, ETC. 4. Flexible spreadsheet to handle one property, or multiple properties. Being built simultaneously or throughout the construction phase. 5. Financial ratios represented in charts and / or graphs. 6. Spreadsheet, charts, and graphs must be formatted for easy addition/link to Power Point presentation format. 7. ONLY INTERESTED IN WORKING WITH SOMEONE WITH PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN PREPARATION OF THIS TYPE OF FINANCIAL MODEL.
