Fun and Effective 4-Day Workout Plan

Hi there! I’m excited to get in better shape and need a supportive, knowledgeable fitness coach to design a personalized workout plan. My goal is to tone up and build some muscle (not focusing on weight loss), with workouts 4 days a week. I have access to a small gym in my building equipped with just the basics: a bench, free weights, and kettlebells. I’d love a plan that’s straightforward, beginner-friendly, and tailored to help me stay consistent and motivated.
