Description: We’re the hosts of a weekly podcast that’s been on the air for 8 years and counting—more than 450 episodes featuring startup founders, CEOs, creatives, musicians, and other voices exploring the intersection of creativity and business. We love doing the show, and we’re proud of the community and content we’ve built—but we’re at the point where growing it on our own just isn’t feasible. We’re looking for a talented, self-starting partner to help us spread the word, elevate our guest pipeline, manage and grow our social presence, and take the podcast to the next level. This Role Might Be for You If: • You have a marketing brain and a creative soul. • You know your way around social media, newsletters, and growth strategies. • You’re experienced (or at least comfortable) with the world of podcasts, but your specialty is promotion, not production. • You can help book high-quality guests and level up our outreach. • You think like a strategist but aren’t afraid to execute day-to-day tasks. • You’re organized, communicative, and excited about helping a podcast grow its reach. Primary Responsibilities: • Podcast marketing & promotion: Develop and execute strategies to grow our listener base • Social media management: Create and manage weekly content around episodes and guests (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.) • Guest outreach & booking: Help us attract bigger, more relevant guests and manage booking communications • Content planning: Suggest and help coordinate thematic series or campaigns Optional: Assist in streamlining episode production workflow, clip creation, or light editing if capable (not required) You Might Have Experience With: • Podcast marketing & audience growth • Guest management or booking • Social media content strategy & scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Notion, etc.) • Community building (Reddit, Discord, LinkedIn Groups) • Newsletter platforms (Substack, Mailchimp, etc.) • Creative writing or repurposing content for threads, posts, or reels Working Style: This is a flexible, part-time, ongoing role—we’ll work with you asynchronously. We’re not micromanagers, and we value collaborators who bring ideas to the table. If you’ve got ideas on how to help the show grow, we’re all ears.
