Credentialing & Entity Registration Specialist
We are seeking a Credentialing & Entity Registration Specialist to support the formation and maintenance of medical entities and assist with provider credentialing and enrollment in Traditional Medicare only (no commercial or Medicare Advantage plans). Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate the registration of corporate entities (e.g., PC, PLLC, or Corp) in multiple states to enable clinical practice • Manage Traditional Medicare enrollment for individual providers and group entities via PECOS and NPPES • Maintain accurate provider records and ensure compliance with Medicare-specific requirements • Track enrollment timelines, revalidation dates, and correspondence from CMS • Ensure alignment between entity structure, billing NPI, and state-level corporate practice regulations Qualifications: • Proven experience credentialing individual providers and group entities with Traditional Medicare • Proficiency with PECOS, NPPES, and relevant CMS enrollment systems • Experience establishing medical entities across multiple states and navigating related compliance requirements • High attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and regulatory awareness This is a remote, contract role with flexible scheduling. Please highlight any experience working with Traditional Medicare-only practices and multi-state clinical entities.
