General Contractor Needed for Remodel Permit & Renovation Oversight – (Florida)
We are seeking a licensed, experienced General Contractor in the state of Florida to help us pull the necessary remodel permits and manage the renovation process for our high-end salon suite project: Eliana Luxury Salon Suites, located in Palm Bay, FL. This project involves converting an existing commercial unit into multiple luxury salon suites. Our demolition has already begun, and we are now moving into the next phase which requires professional permit acquisition and oversight for the full build-out. Scope of Work: • Pull all required remodel and build-out permits for salon suite conversion • Serve as the licensed contractor of record for the project • Work with the city of Palm Bay’s permitting office and ensure full compliance with Florida building codes • Oversee and coordinate inspections as needed • Provide recommendations and coordination for subcontractors (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, framing, drywall, etc.) • Ensure that all construction timelines are met and work is completed to luxury standards Requirements: • Must be a licensed General Contractor in Florida with active credentials • Proven experience with commercial build-outs, ideally in the beauty, wellness, or retail industry • Familiarity with salon-specific buildouts and compliance (ventilation, plumbing for shampoo bowls, etc.) is a plus • Ability to communicate clearly and manage contractors/vendors as needed • Knowledge of ADA compliance and local building regulations • Must be reliable, professional, and committed to quality workmanship Timeline: We are looking to begin work immediately upon permit approval. This is a time-sensitive project, and preference will be given to contractors who are responsive and ready to engage within the next 1–2 weeks.
