Data Entry for PDF Letters and XLS Addresses
We are seeking a detail-oriented freelancer to assist with weekly direct mail projects. You will receive letters mail merged in PDF format and corresponding addresses in XLS format. Small batches of letters, between 30 and 50 per batch. Your task will be to print the letters, 2 colors, create the address labels and return labels and mail the letters. The letters are relatively time sensitive and would need mailing within 48 hours of receipt. Additional costs can be added each week to cover the cost of the letters, envelopes and stamps.
