Outreach and Pitch Assistant (Project-Based, 1 Month)
We are looking for a friendly, organized Outreach and Pitch Assistant to help us connect with leads and send pitches. This is a 5-hour-per-week, $15/hour, 1-month project with the chance to stay on longer if it's a good fit. What you’ll do: Send 100 outreach/follow-up messages each week Send about 12 pitches each week (to producers/events) Use Monday.com to track your work Follow simple scripts for messages and pitches Sort leads daily by follow-up dates Stay on top of 3 touchpoints for each lead (Day 1, Day 4, Day 11) What you need: Good with simple tools (especially Monday.com) Friendly and clear in messages Able to follow a plan without needing daily check-ins Organized and able to stick to a schedule Strong attention to detail Goal: Help book 10 appointments each week!
