Seeking a highly skilled designer and content producer to create a Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM) for an electrical contracting company. Ideal Candidate: Former investment banking professional or similar background Expert in PowerPoint or comparable presentation/design tools Deep understanding of the electrical contracting industry and M&A presentation standards Able to turn raw data and financials into a clean, professional, and investor-ready deck Scope of Work: Collaborate to structure CIM layout and flow Create compelling visual storytelling through charts, graphics, and annotated data Integrate industry benchmarks and strategic positioning insights Final product: 15–25 slide deck ready for potential investors or acquirers Bonus if you have: Experience with trades or contractor-specific M&A Familiarity with private equity audiences Ability to integrate financial model visuals Please share your portfolio, especially prior CIM or investment deck examples.
