Graphic Designer – Commercial Real Estate Offering Memorandums (Remote, Project-Based)
Compensation: Paid Per Project (Multiple Projects per Week Expected) We are a top-producing commercial real estate investment sales team specializing in the sale of single-tenant and multi-tenant retail properties . Job Overview: We’re looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create high-quality offering memorandums (OMs) for our listed retail investment properties. Responsibilities: • Design and produce professional offering memorandums for both single-tenant and multi-tenant retail properties. • Integrate property data, photos, maps, site plans, rent rolls, and market data into clean and compelling designs. • Manage multiple projects each week with quick turnaround times. Requirements: • Proven graphic design experience, preferably in commercial real estate or similar fields. • Mastery of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or other professional design tools. Application Process: To be considered for future opportunities, applicants will complete a paid design test as part of the evaluation process. We will provide the raw property data, InDesign Template, sample finished product, and materials for an active listing. Applicants will be expected to submit a completed sample offering memorandum based on that data. We will pay $100 for the test.
