Canva Graphic Designer Needed to Redesign Educational Sample Book (Fast Turnaround)
Description: Dream Builders Academy is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Canva designer to help us redesign our curriculum Sample Book—a polished, visually engaging piece that introduces schools to our program workbooks. This is a design-focused role (no curriculum writing needed). You’ll work from an existing Canva file and provided content, but we’re looking for someone who can elevate the look and feel of our existing Sample Book with clean layouts, thoughtful visuals, and a cohesive structure. About the Project: We have an existing Sample Book that we want to: Refresh visually (new cover, fonts, layout, flow) Incorporate new sections for recently launched programs Align with a clean, professional aesthetic (Hawai’i-inspired, not overly pastel) Prepare a follow-up slide deck to present the Sample Book in meetings We’ll provide: The existing Canva Sample Book (with internal comments) Logos, mockups, curriculum PDFs, and other assets Clear direction + ongoing feedback This project is time-sensitive and should be completed in 1–2 weeks. You’ll start with the Sample Book and then move into the slide deck once we approve the direction. Ideal Candidate: Canva expert with a portfolio of clean, creative work Experience designing educational materials or workbooks Extremely detail-oriented (alignment, spacing, consistency matters!) Communicative, open to feedback, and able to work quickly Bonus: Experience designing for youth/education audiences Project Scope (Phase 1): Redesign Sample Book (approx. 20–30 pages in Canva) Add 3 new sections (with mockup pages provided) Deliver clean, easy-to-edit Canva file Project Scope (Phase 2): Design presentation slide deck (10–15 slides) based on the Sample Book content
