Architecture design to get approval from county
I need a architecture design by a florida licensed architect or any other document to submitted with county for getting approval for this construction. Scope of Work: We are proposing to enclose the existing outdoor porch which is covered with the roof already located at the front side of the property and integrate it into the interior of the home as a functional room. This will involve building a wall to fully enclose the porch area, and making the space climate-controlled to match the interior of the house. Structure/Change Type: Enclosure of the existing porch area with new framing, insulation, windows, drywall, and flooring to match the main living space. Dimensions: The area to be enclosed measures approximately 9 by 8 ft.
