Job Description: I host multiple WordPress sites on a cPanel server running on a VPS and need an experienced professional to optimize these sites for maximum speed. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in both server optimization and WordPress performance tuning to ensure the fastest load times and best user experience. Responsibilities: Server Optimization: Review and optimize the cPanel VPS configuration to enhance overall performance. Tune PHP, MySQL, and related services for efficiency. Implement and configure caching solutions on the server level. WordPress Optimization: Analyze each WordPress site for performance bottlenecks. Optimize themes, plugins, and database performance. Implement best practices for front-end performance (e.g., minification, lazy loading, and image optimization). Network & CDN Integration: Set up or recommend CDN configurations to further boost site speed. Configure server-level settings that benefit site loading speed globally. Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor server and website performance post-optimization. Provide detailed documentation of changes and recommendations for ongoing maintenance. Qualifications: Proven experience with cPanel server management and VPS optimization. Strong background in WordPress performance tuning. Familiarity with caching mechanisms (e.g., Varnish, Redis, or similar). Experience with CDN implementation and optimization. Good understanding of the latest web optimization techniques and best practices. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot server and website performance issues effectively.
