Job Description: I’m seeking a seasoned publicist or PR freelancer with experience in healthcare, M&A, or B2B professional services to help distribute a press release announcing my new advisory role with United MedCare Capital. The audience includes rehab therapy professionals—particularly owners of outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy clinics. The press release is already drafted. I need assistance with: Reviewing/editing the release (if necessary for tone or formatting) Recommending and submitting to relevant publications (niche healthcare trade outlets preferred, e.g., PT in Motion, Rehab Management, Physical Therapy Products) Optional: Submitting to wire services (PRWeb, EIN Presswire, etc.) Optional: Pitching the release to media contacts or relevant journalists Ideal Candidate: Proven success placing B2B or healthcare-related press releases Strong writing and media pitching skills Familiar with PR distribution platforms and trade media Bonus if you have direct experience in physical therapy, rehab, or healthcare M&A spaces Deliverables: Finalized press release (if edits are needed) A distribution plan with a list of 5–10 recommended publications Submission and confirmation of outreach Report or screenshot summary of where the press release was submitted or placed
