Description: We’re looking for a freelancer experienced with Trello Butler automation to help build a weekly reporting system that summarizes content editing activity on our team’s Trello board. The report should break down completed cards by content type and editing tier, and include clickable links to example cards. It will be automatically triggered every Monday and delivered via email or Slack. ⸻ What We Need: • Trello Butler automation setup with scheduled reports • Reports filtered by: • Content Type (custom field: e.g., Hotel, Activity) • Edit Tier (using labels: e.g., Detailed Edit, Standard Edit, Misc Assignment) • Gems (identified by a label) • Each report must return both: • A count of matching cards • One example card with a clickable link (using a custom URL field) • Email (or Slack) delivery of a well-formatted message summarizing: • Total content completed • Breakdown by content type • Breakdown by edit tier • 1–2 featured example cards from each category (if available) You’ll Be Provided With: • Full list of the report variable names to use • The Trello board with the necessary lists, custom fields, and labels already set up • Working test example that proves reports can return card names and links • List of known issues to troubleshoot (e.g., some reports currently return blank counts) ⸻ Ideal Skills: • Deep knowledge of Trello Butler’s scheduled automation and custom field filtering • Familiarity with markdown formatting in Butler messages • Experience troubleshooting variable output issues in Trello automations • Ability to simplify and validate the logic behind multi-step automations ⸻ Deliverables: • A single Butler rule that generates 10+ reports • One formatted email or Slack message that includes card counts and clickable examples • Confirmation that reports return accurate data • Optional: Fallback messaging if no results are found in a given category
