This role requires precision, adaptability, financial fluency, and the ability to handle complex tasks with clarity and speed. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience supporting both high-level executives and fast-moving founders. OBJECTIVE: To amplify the CEO’s capacity through operational excellence, deep research, sharp analysis, and dynamic communication, delivering expected results in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ◦ Manage specific aspects of CEO’s office and operations (physical and digital) with precision and discretion. ◦ Drive project execution, task tracking, and cross-functional coordination to ensure follow-through. ◦ Conduct high-quality research and synthesize intelligence into structured, decision-ready insights. ◦ Pursue and secure outcomes by phone when required—comfortable navigating gatekeepers, making direct calls, and pushing through obstacles to get results. ◦ Prepare briefs, reports, and summaries using strong analytical frameworks and critical thinking. ◦ Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders with professionalism and influence. ◦ Adapt fluidly across shifting priorities, new challenges, and strategic pivots. QUALIFICATIONS: ◦ Minimum 3+ years of executive-level support experience, ideally supporting both executives and founders. ◦ Strong understanding of the U.S. financial system—comfortable navigating financial documents, institutions, and related processes. ◦ High proficiency in digital tools (calendar systems, project management, shared docs, etc.). ◦ Demonstrated excellence in research, analytical thinking, and writing. ◦ Prior experience managing both physical and virtual office workflows. ◦ Los Angeles-based; available for in-person and virtual collaboration as needed. ◦ Great IQ/EQ.
