We are building a cutting-edge platform designed to generate real-time consumer behavioral data and respond with personalized content and engagement based on individual customer value. The system is built on the Snowflake/Snowpark environment and leverages Gen AI and LLM models to deliver targeted, dynamic experiences across digital channels. The project is in late-stage development and preparing to launch a proof-of-concept (POC) with our first major client. We're now looking for a strategic, technically proficient CTO to help us move through the stages of POC to full deployment—and potentially lead future development as a full-time executive team member. Responsibilities include ; Oversee the technical architecture and execution of a real-time data and AI-driven engagement platform. Optimize and scale our Snowflake/Snowpark-based data pipeline and AI model integrations. Lead the integration of Gen AI and LLM models for content generation and dynamic decision-making. Ensure integration and smooth interoperability with digital ad publishing platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, Trade Desk), including data tagging and publishing protocols. Support rapid deployment for the POC phase and guide the technical roadmap toward commercialization. Proven experience working with Snowflake and Snowpark, especially in AI/data-intensive environments. Strong knowledge of Gen AI and LLM deployment, particularly in personalization and marketing contexts. Familiarity with digital ad publishing ecosystems, including campaign activation, tagging, and real-time decisioning. Experience taking platforms from late-stage development to launch, ideally with POC and enterprise rollout experience. Ability to lead engineering teams and interface directly with business and client stakeholders. Strong interest in a long-term commitment and potential full-time CTO position in the near future.
