Book Marketing Pro for First Time Author

Looking for a Book Marketing Pro who can do a small online one month campaign to help launch my authors page and first novel. It is a Historical Fantasy Novel (6th century B.C.) I'd like to start a few weeks before its published and maybe a week or 2 after its out. The site is under-construction and should be completed the weekend of May 3rd 2025 but won't go live until the weekend of May 16th. and is set for pre-orders. The book is finished and I'm having it set up to be released the weekend of June 13th 2025. If I could sell 100 or so books on the opening week it'd be great which is why budget its set where it is. The person who is hired will have to set up the campaign. determine the social media ( I have none) design , write and market the content to be marketed and post it.
