Full-time video editor for E-commerce company

Looking for a video editor that will START part-time, but will become FULL-TIME very soon (based on results). This role is for my e-commerce brands and is responsible for creating all ads for all of the brands. - needs to be fluent in English - willing to work 6-7 days a week (this will be needed in a few months from today, for now just a few days a week) - needs to know (or be willing to learn) how to create medical 3d animations for health-related products (will not be a necessity until a few months down the line) - needs to work very quickly, with high-quality work - need someone is trainable and wants to learn - some example ads that will be short-form ads (15-30 seconds), middle-form ads (30-60 seconds) and VSLs (1+ minute) **but is not limited to just this** I structure my team like this, we are all working together, the better results you get me, the more you earn.
