Long Term Graphic Designer Needed. Task 1: Sales Flyers/Marketing

Hello Earthlings. I run a boutique media agency and turns out Im pretty good at sales. Suddenly the two graphic designers helping me build this up are already swamped with larger projects. Needing someone who can understand my brand. I am looking to add a designer to the freelance list that has substantial experience in layout, sales materials, and overall has a great sense for my brand. I need to be CONFIDENT that you can capture the essence of my brand. This company is something that has been in the works for years and is very near and dear to my heart. If I had the graphic design ability--I would be doing it myself to capture the imagery perfect. BUT, I think it will be awesome to get a similar like minded individual to help with different concepts and projects. The first initial job I need immediate help with is finishing my sales and marketing materials. I have business cards done, and now just looking at a few different 1-pagers (imagine like a single-sided pamphlet.) I have the direction I just need someone who can bring it to life. Ive wasted too many hours stubbornly trying myself. (SPECIFICALLY I NEED SOMEONE WHO CAN HELP ME WITH A 3D/PERSPECTIVE GRID VISUAL) If im happy with your work--I am ultimately looking to add another trustworthy and reliable graphic designer to the team.
