3D artist to create a model for 2d image.

I want this 2d image turned in to a printable model. I need to have good fidelity @ 1ft, 3ft, 7-8ft. This model will be printed using a LPBF Metal Am. Its purpose it to be a high quality memento/keep sake. Eventually a 7-8 bronze statue will be made as a result of this project.
