Site plan concept
I am looking for a concept site plan for a driving range. The concept plan should be pretty basic and colorful for a marketing, once I have this plan I will require a full site plan with site engineering and roadway / drainage calcs etc. I currently have a full set of site plans for a previous proposed project, I would like the existing conditions plan used and then overlay the concept sketch I marked up. It seems likely some of the parking will be under the building. Steel columns with metal deck / concrete
