Description: We’re building Formallity, a secure platform that simplifies how individuals share and update their personal data with professionals like accountants, doctors, and lawyers. The Problem: Clients are constantly filling out redundant onboarding forms. Offices receive outdated or incomplete information, leading to wasted time and frustration. Our Solution: Formallity will serve as a user-controlled “universal profile” that individuals can update once and securely share with any professional office. What We Need: A UI/UX designer to translate our vision into mobile-first wireframes (desktop optional). This is an MVP-focused project to validate the product flow and layout. Wireframes to Include: 1. Welcome Screen 2. Login & Sign Up 3. User Dashboard (Post-Login) • Profile completeness bar • Recent activity • Offices you’ve shared with 4. Universal Profile Builder • Step-by-step data entry (name, address, SSN, etc.) • Upload ID/W-9/documents 5. Sharing Center • Office list with access toggles • Share info with a new office 6. Office View (Read-Only) • View shared client info • Request updated documents 7. Security Settings (Optional for MVP) • Rotating usernames • Copy/paste protection • Communication preference What We’re Looking For: • Strong experience with wireframing tools (Balsamiq, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) • Clean, intuitive design style • UX instincts that prioritize ease, clarity, and security • Bonus if you’ve designed for privacy, health, legal, or financial app Deliverables: • Clickable prototype or clearly annotated wireframes • Mobile-first design with desktop considerations • Source files (Figma/Balsamiq/etc.)
