UX/UI Design for Existing Webflow Website

We’re looking for an experienced UX/UI designer to help improve the user experience and visual appeal of our existing Webflow website. Our current site is functional but needs a design refresh and better user flow across key pages. Responsibilities: - Review and analyze our current website’s user experience - Redesign key pages with a focus on usability, conversion, and modern design trends - Create responsive, high-fidelity designs that align with our brand Work within Webflow (or provide design files for our dev to implement) Collaborate with our team to iterate quickly based on feedback Requirements: - Proven experience in UX/UI design (Webflow experience preferred) - Strong portfolio with web design samples - Ability to understand brand tone and user psychology - Familiarity with best practices for accessibility and responsive design - Clear communication and timely delivery Nice to Have: - Experience with SaaS or healthcare tech websites - Basic knowledge of Webflow CMS
