I am seeking an experienced designer to facilitate a high end full home update/remodel. ~4200 sq feet: 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 living areas. We have the CAD files, pictures, can Facetime, etc. The first step would be to layout the floor plans for the kitchen and master bathroom. Then select all paint colors, hardware, lighting, flooring, plumbing fixtures etc. The goal is to create a functional and aesthetically pleasing layout that maximizes space and enhances usability. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in residential design and an eye for detail. Please provide examples of previous work that demonstrate your expertise in floorplan optimization.
