Job Description: We're looking for a skilled web designer/developer to build a clean, modern website for our vape recycling company. The site will serve as both an informational resource and a tool for action—encouraging people to join the cause, request bins, donate, and find drop-off locations. Scope of Work: Pages: Homepage – Visually engaging with parallax scrolling and mission-focused content. About Us – A concise page that explains who we are and why vape recycling matters. Request a Bin – A form page where local businesses can request a vape bin, featuring dynamic CTA buttons. Donate – A page to collect donations (payment setup can be discussed). Location Finder – A zip code-based tool that displays local drop-off bin locations (data/map integration can be discussed). Key Features: Parallax scrolling on the homepage Responsive design (desktop, tablet, mobile) Custom vape recycling ticker in the header – we want the ability to manually update this number or optionally have it animate/increase gradually over time (e.g., “Total Vapes Recycled: 38,529”). Dynamic CTA buttons on the Request a Bin page User-friendly forms routed to proper email(s) Modern, clean aesthetic – Color palette and fonts to be discussed post-hire Basic SEO readiness Deliverables: Fully functional site built on Wix, Squarespace, or another recommended platform Source files and admin login credentials upon handoff Optional walkthrough or documentation for managing content (especially the ticker and form responses) We’re looking for someone creative, communicative, and capable of suggesting smart, scalable design solutions. Experience with environmental or mission-driven brands is a bonus—but not required. Please include samples of similar work or sites with features like the header ticker, animated counters, or form-based interactions.
