Overview We’re a fast-growing U.S. SaaS company in the real estate space looking for a full-time, long-term graphic designer who can create polished infographics, slide decks, original illustrations, and marketing collateral. Individuals only — no agencies. What You’ll Tackle Each Week- Illustration & Infographics: Vector spot-illustrations, data visualizations, icon libraries, social posts Presentation Design: Investor decks, webinar slide stacks, internal training decks, branded templates Marketing Collateral: eBook layouts, one-pagers, ad creatives, email graphics, landing-page assets Brand Systems: Maintain and expand our design system, color palettes, typography, and component library Must-Have Qualifications U.S.-based individual freelancer (citizen or permanent resident); able to work standard U.S. business hours 3+ years professional design experience (agency or in-house) Portfolio showing both original illustration work and presentation/slide design Expert in Adobe CC (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and either Figma or Keynote/PowerPoint Comfortable taking rough copy or wireframes and turning them into production-ready visuals Strong grasp of layout, hierarchy, typography, color theory, and accessibility best practices Able to interpret creative briefs quickly, iterate with feedback, and hit deadlines Fluent written & spoken English; clear communicator on Slack/Zoom Nice-to-Haves Experience with motion design or simple Lottie animations Familiarity with Midjourney / DALL-E or other AI art tools (prompt writing, upscaling) Past work on SaaS, tech, or real-estate brands Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for hand-off to web teams Compensation & Terms Annual equivalent: $50,000 – $80,000 (≈ $24 – $38/hr on Upwork) 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday (flexible start/end within U.S. time zones) Ongoing contract through Upwork with potential for W-2 employment down the road Paid U.S. holidays + 10 days PTO after 6 months All design software/licenses provided How to Apply 1.
