We run a modern, fast-growing WordPress website built on Elementor and are looking for a dependable, U.S.-based webmaster to manage and improve our site on an ongoing basis. Your Role: We're looking for someone who can “own” the technical side of the site. You’ll be our go-to for: Making design and content changes in Elementor Troubleshooting issues with forms, plugins, responsiveness, and layout Updating plugins and themes safely (without breaking the site) Performing routine backups, security scans, and speed optimizations Supporting on-page SEO improvements (title tags, schema, speed, etc.) Advising on best practices to keep our site fast, secure, and user-friendly You Might Be a Fit If You: Live and work in the U.S. (required – no exceptions) Are fluent in WordPress, Elementor, and plugin management Have experience with security, performance, and SEO plugins Know how to troubleshoot and fix plugin conflicts or layout bugs Communicate clearly and respond quickly (Slack, email, or text) Are proactive – we don’t want to chase you to fix a broken link or expired SSL Bonus Points If You: Have experience in conversion optimization or CRO tools Understand basic HTML/CSS for tweaks outside Elementor Have worked with startups or small teams who move fast
