We're looking for a skilled professional to create and manage email campaigns and automated flows to drive additional revenue for our cookie business. We have brick and mortar locations as well as an e-commerce side of the business. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design engaging content, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for better results. The ideal candidate should have experience in email marketing software and a proven track record of improving open and click rates. If you're passionate about driving engagement through email, we'd love to hear from you! We are looking for a skilled individual with expertise in graphic design, email marketing, and campaign management for e-commerce brands. Currently, our customers are in Toast POS and Shopfiy, but we are considering Omnisend as our ESP. We have ruled our Klayvio for now due to pricing. We want to set up campaigns and flows for two different customers, the ones who visit our stores in-person and the ones across the county who order our cookies for mail orders. Our primary customers are in the 18-34 year old range. In your proposal, please confirm if you've used Omnisend before or if you have other suggestions!
