Business Manager / Strategic Operations Consultant you're seeking: --- Title: Business Manager & Strategic Consultant for Wellness Telehealth Brand Description: We are seeking a highly organized, visionary, and proactive Business Manager / Strategic Operations Consultant to help bring our fast-growing wellness brand, Harmonic Code, to the next level. Our company is rooted in regenerative medicine, peptide therapy, hormone optimization, and holistic wellness—with a mission to make cutting-edge biohacking and telehealth accessible, ethical, and spiritually grounded. This role includes: Structuring and streamlining our business model and monetization strategy Connecting the dots across operations, marketing, telehealth systems, legal, compliance, and product delivery Helping us launch our telehealth branch and physical locations in PR, GA, and Costa Rica Working alongside the founder to develop a roadmap from vision to execution Overseeing backend systems (CRM, merchant setup, SOPs, hiring funnels, etc.) Collaborating with creatives, clinicians, and tech teams to align all moving parts Ideal Candidate: Has experience in startup operations, especially in healthcare, wellness, or eCommerce Can bridge big-picture strategy with day-to-day implementation Understands high-risk payment systems, HIPAA compliance, and telehealth workflows Is passionate about conscious entrepreneurship, holistic health, and building something disruptive and meaningful Can work collaboratively, remotely, and proactively Details: Project-based to start, with potential for long-term or part-time retainer Flexible hours but needs availability during U.S. daytime Compensation based on experience and deliverables --- To Apply: Please share a short intro, your relevant experience, and 1–2 examples of companies you've helped scale or organize.
