Lotus Project Character Concepts

Looking for an artist to draw a futuristic style anime. Must be easy to work with, great communication and reliability. The budget can range from $1,250 to $2,500. Character Concepts can range from $50 to $100 per character depending on number of outfits. Concepts are full body designs with a basic concept sheet. Willing to negotiate price depending on skill and quality of work. As of now there are 20-25 estimated characters. Payments will be made every two weeks after completion of task. Test drawing required before decision to hire. One male and female character of our choosing for style verification. Some characters will be redraws of other characters.
