We are seeking a skilled and refined landscape or plein air artist to create a live painting during a luxury real estate groundbreaking event in Fredericksburg, Texas in early May. This is not a typical entertainment booking — the tone of the event is elevated, and we are looking for an artist who can capture the atmosphere and significance of the moment through a beautiful, original painting created on-site. Project Details: Event Date: Early May (exact date to be confirmed) Location: Fredericksburg, Texas Duration On-Site: Approximately 4–5 hours Scope: One main painting (ideally completed or near-complete by the end of the event) Subject: An artistic rendering of the future development on-site.
