HVAC System Design for New Construction Quadplex – Atlanta, GA

We have a preliminary plan, we need help perfecting the plan. We will need help with design and for you to do the calculations. I'm looking for an experienced HVAC designer or mechanical engineer to design a complete HVAC system for a new construction quadplex located in the city of Atlanta, Georgia. Project Details: New construction, 4-unit residential building (quadplex) Building will be located in Atlanta, GA (must meet all local codes and energy efficiency requirements) Final design should include equipment selection, duct layout, load calculations (Manual J/S/D), and any necessary documentation for permitting and installation Ideal Candidate: Licensed or certified in HVAC/Mechanical Engineering Familiar with Georgia and City of Atlanta building codes Previous experience designing residential HVAC systems, especially for multi-family units Ability to deliver detailed plans and calculations ready for permitting We do have a tight deadline and would need you to correct any revisions the city may send back.
