Overview: We are seeking an experienced Monday CRM specialist to help us recreate specific Salesforce dashboards inside Monday CRM. The goal is to mirror the structure, functionality, and insights of our Salesforce setup while taking advantage of Monday CRM’s native features and potential optimizations. This project is crucial to ensure continuity in reporting, forecasting, and business development tracking as we transition platforms. Tasks: - Analyze existing Salesforce dashboards (will provide via screenshots and data exports). - Architect and build identical or improved dashboards within Monday CRM Sales CRM. - Implement custom views, filters, KPIs, graphs, and automations to match Salesforce functionality. - Set up automations and integrations if needed to mirror workflow triggers. - Ensure data integrity, visual clarity, and real-time updating of all dashboards. - Advise on Monday CRM best practices for reporting and ongoing maintenance. - Document the dashboard architecture and setup for internal training purposes. Requirements: - Proven experience designing dashboards in Monday CRM (Sales CRM product required, not just Work Management). - Hands-on experience with Salesforce dashboards — understanding structure, reporting KPIs, lead and opportunity tracking. - Strong understanding of CRM reporting principles (pipelines, forecasting, conversions, sales stages, etc.). - Ability to map complex workflows into simple, intuitive dashboards. - Knowledge of Monday CRM automations and integrations. - Excellent communication and documentation skills.
