We're seeking a detail-oriented, discreet professional based in the U.S. to conduct secret shopping research on two of our competitors. The goal is to gain comprehensive insights into their sales process, service offerings, and customer experience. Scope of Work: Engage fully in the competitors' sales process, from initial inquiry through to the contract signing stage (note: you are not required to actually sign any contracts). Participate in phone calls and email exchanges to thoroughly document each stage of the customer onboarding process. Capture detailed screenshots and notes of all interactions, including sign-up forms, proposals, pricing details, service descriptions, and email communications. Provide a clear, organized, and detailed report summarizing your experiences, observations, and insights. Requirements: Must be located in the United States. Experience or familiarity with real estate or investment processes strongly preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to document processes clearly and discretely. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to remain professional, discreet, and unbiased throughout the research process. Estimated Time Commitment: Total of approximately 3 hours of phone calls and email interactions. Additional time required to compile and prepare the final detailed report. Compensation: $500 fixed price upon satisfactory completion and submission of the final report.
