Company Description CreditCaptain is an AI-powered tool that helps improved your credit score by automatically removing negative marks like missed payments, charge-offs, and more. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing various sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement. This includes managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and talking with customers over the phone. The specialist will also be involved in sales management activities to ensure the team's performance aligns with the company's goals. Must be able to work 6am to 4pm PST (10 hour shift). Bonuses are available for excellent service. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Sales Management skills to ensure team alignment with company goals Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and remotely Strong speaking skills as well as being confident while talking to clients Experience in the finance or credit industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus but not needed Day to Day Operations Take phone calls from potential, interested clients Collecting clients' information and signing them up for a subscription Educating clients on the subscription and how CreditCaptain works/answering any questions they may have
