We are a growing electrical service company based in New York City, and we are looking for a remote, bilingual Customer Service Representative who can help us manage inbound calls, schedule service appointments, and communicate clearly with both English and Spanish-speaking customers. This position is remote but requires excellent spoken and written communication in both English and Spanish.
